Assist Access program helps people with disabilities in locating the finest employment opportunities. It involves offering the necessary instruction depending on their capacity for learning in order to develop their abilities and knowledge.As a registered NDIS service provider, at Caring For You All Times Pty Ltd, we encourage and assist disabled individuals of all ages, including working-age students, to attend and participate in this programme for the sake of their professional development.
Our comprehensive Assist Access Maintain Programme consists of:
- Create a resume.
- Finding and creating career paths that are appropriate for each person’s requirements and aspirations
- Assist you in acquiring the fundamental abilities needed to succeed in the workplace, such as interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Assist you in finding and contacting prospective clients or employers.
- Assist you in interview preparation for jobs and other employment opportunities.
- Assistance during your job.
- Providing knowledge about workplace customs, attitudes, and expectations.
- School leaver employment supports (SLES).
- Provide assistance with higher education and other programmes for acquiring new skills.
- Pre- and post-employment job support.
